Love Not

Interesting little devotional.  I believe this could be for everyone just not women.

"Love not the world, neither the things [that are] in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him." - (1 John 2:15)

Devotional 

John beseeches that we do not love the world. The world offers the good, the bad, and the indifferent. The preferences we develop and the choices we make mirrors where our heart lies, for God or the world.

Achievements and temptations assail us in our daily lives and it is in the active pursuit of balance that we will be victorious in overcoming the world and demonstrating our love for God. We will be known as Christian women who love not the world but who love the Father, because we pursue Godly things.
