Seek His Will In All You Do

I am so guilty of doing this. Thankfully, I don't have to stay in this state. All I have to do is change my mindset to make a much needed change.
Sometimes we can make the simplest things so complicated. Plus, we are a people who hate changes but it has been my experience, change is the best thing to happen to us.
So, let's make that change!
God Bless.

Seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take. (NLT) -Proverbs 3:6
Usually we reserve the big decisions for God to throw in His two cents, such as job options, marriage partner, and moving possibilities. Yet we are quick to make "smaller" decisions without giving any thought to God's will. Where we spend our time, who we spend it with, and the words we say are decisions we make daily, but don't think twice about inviting God into the process. It's quite possibly these smaller decisions which make a greater impact on our lives when we ask God to show us His will. The next time you make a decision, invite God.

Above Every Name

There is little doubt after reading this little devotional that Jesus is all we need.

If you need anything, cry out to your maker so you can live your best life. I promise you, it will be worth it in the end.

God Bless.

Above Every Name

by Joyce Meyer

That in (at) the name of Jesus every knee should (must) bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth.
—Philippians 2:10

Speaking the name of Jesus and having a revelation about the power in that name are two different things. Releasing the power in the name of Jesus requires a supernatural revelation.
When you speak the name of Jesus in faith, His name is so powerful that every knee must bow in three realms—in heaven, on earth, and under the earth!
Think about this tonight: Jesus came from the highest heaven, He has been to the earth, and has descended to Hades, or under the earth, and now is seated at the right hand of the Father once again in the highest heaven. He has filled everything and everywhere with Himself. He is seated above everything else and has a name that is above every other name. His name is the highest name, the most powerful name—and His name has been given to us!

Don't Quit

After the weeks I've had, I have wanted to give up and call it a day. But thank heavens, God knew what I needed to keep putting one front in front of the other.

No matter what your situation may be may you find something in this little devotional to help you from giving up.

God Bless.

Don’t Quit!

by Joyce Meyer

And let us not lose heart and grow weary and faint in acting nobly and doing right, for in due time and at the appointed season we shall reap, if we do not loosen and relax our courage and faint.
—Galatians 6:9

“I’ve been a Christian for twenty-three years,” Cheryl said. “I’m just not getting anywhere. I’m as weak as I was when I first accepted Christ as my Savior. I still fail. I just don’t know if it’s worth it.” Tears streamed down her cheeks as she continued to talk about her failures. “By now I know all the right things to do, but I don’t do them. Sometimes I deliberately do something mean-spirited or unkind. What kind of Christian am I?”
“Probably a growing Christian,” I said.
A startled look appeared on Cheryl’s face. “Growing? Did you hear—?”
“Yes, I heard. But if you weren’t growing, you wouldn’t lament your failures. You’d be satisfied about your spiritual level or tell yourself how good you are.”
“But I’m so discouraged, and I fail God so many times.”
I went on to tell Cheryl she was correct—that she had failed. All of us do at times. None of us is perfect. If we’re not careful, we allow the devil to point to what we haven’t accomplished and where we have been weak. When that happens, it’s easy to feel bad or want to give up.
That’s not the way of the Spirit. No matter how we mess up our lives, God doesn’t give up on us. The Spirit constantly nudges us.
We can allow our thoughts to dwell on what we haven’t done, why we ought to be more spiritual, or how spiritual we ought to be after all these years in our Christian faith. That’s a trick of the devil—to make us think of our defects and shortcomings. If we focus on what we’re not or what we haven’t accomplished, we are allowing the devil to make advances on the battlefield of our minds.
The fact that my troubled friend was upset was a healthy sign, even though she didn’t see it that way. With the Holy Spirit’s help, she can push back the devil. She can regain the territory Satan has stolen from her.
Cheryl seemed to think that holy, victorious living came from one major victory after another. Yes, we do have times when we have great breakthroughs; however, most of our victories come slowly. They come little by little. It’s as if we inch forward. Because we move slowly in our spiritual growth, we are often unaware of how far we have moved. If the devil can make us think that we must have one decisive spiritual victory after another or we’re losers, he has gained an important stronghold.
My advice to Cheryl, and to all Christians who face those dark moments, is to listen to the words of the apostle Paul. He exhorted us not to grow weary, or as another translation says it, “not to lose heart.” He’s saying, “Don’t quit. Keep fighting.”
Life is a struggle, and the devil is determined to defeat and destroy us. We don’t ever reach the place where we never have to fight. But it’s not just our fight. Jesus is not only with us, but He is for us. He’s at our side to strengthen us and to urge us onward.
My friend kept remembering the times she had failed, but I reminded her of the times she had succeeded. “You think the devil is in control, but that’s not true. You have failed, but you have also succeeded. You have stood your ground and you have made progress.”
“Don’t quit. Don’t give up.” That’s the message we need to hear. I think of the words of Isaiah: “Fear not, for I have redeemed you… ; I have called you by your name; you are Mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you, and through the rivers, they will not overwhelm you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned or scorched, nor will the flame kindle upon you” (Isaiah 43:1b–2).
This is God’s promise. He doesn’t promise to take us completely out of troubles or hardships, but He does promise to be with us as we go through them. “Fear not,” He says. That’s the message we need to ponder. We don’t need to fear because God is with us. And when God is with us, what is there to worry about?
God, despite my failures, You are with me, encouraging me not to give up. Please help me to remember that, with Your help, I can win. In the name of Jesus, I pray. Amen.

Quote Of The Day - One Of The Things

I love this. I love the simplicity of this little devotional. I love the wisdom in the words.
Although, Joyce uses a woman but I believe this little devotional can be applied for to any thing a Christian might be going through.
Be encouraged and God Bless.

Quote of the Day

-Joyce Meyer
“One of the things you can do as a confident woman is apply the blood of Jesus Christ by faith to your household. I do this regularly. I apply it to my own life, my mind, emotions, will, body, conscience, spirit, finances, relationships, my walk with God, my husband, children and their families, co-workers and all the partners of Joyce Meyer Ministries. I do this by praying and releasing my faith that there is indeed power in the blood of Jesus to cleanse and protect.”

Fulfillment Of God's Promises

Let us be diligent in all things God related. I don't think we will be sorry for it.

God Bless.

Fulfillment of God’s Promises
Let us be diligent.
Most of God’s promises are conditional. In other words, when God makes a promise, He says, “If you will do this, then I will do that.” We have no right to claim the promise unless we first meet the condition He puts forth.
We need to see that the fulfillment of God’s promises does not depend upon our circumstances, but upon our fulfilling God’s conditions. We must keep our eyes on the conditions, making sure that we fulfill them instead of being influenced by the circumstances that might prevent us from doing so.
Let’s look at the example of Abraham. God had promised Abraham a son who was to be his heir, but he reached the age of ninety-nine, and still no heir had come. (On his own, he produced Ishmael, but he was not to be the heir.) Why did God allow Abraham to reach such an old age before He fulfilled His promise? Why does God often allow us to come to a position of seeming impossibility before He fulfills the promises we are claiming?
First, we are emptied of excessive self-confidence. We realize that if something is going to be done, God will be the only one who can do it. Abraham’s own body was worthless in terms of procreation, as was the womb of his wife. There was no natural way that the promise could be fulfilled. Abraham had to focus his eyes exclusively on God, the only one capable of fulfilling the promise.
Second, when the promise is finally fulfilled, all the glory goes to God. Remember, the purpose of the promises is that God may be glorified. When there is a possibility of us doing something on our own, we might be tempted to take the credit. But when we come to the place where we know we cannot do it by our own effort, we are exhausted of self-confidence, and all the glory truly goes to God.
Thank You, Lord, for the promise of entering Your rest. I proclaim that the purpose of the promises is that God may be glorified. I shall be diligent. Amen.

You Have Need Of Patience

I don't know about you, but I needed this little devotional today and probably just as much in the day's ahead.
God Bless.

“For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise.” Hebrews 10:36

One day I went to sleep worried about many things. As soon as I opened my eyes the next morning, I heard the Lord say, “You have need of patience, that, after you have done my will, you might receive the promise!” When I got out of my bed, all I could say was “Yes Lord, I hear you.” God knows that you are believing Him for many things: to heal, to save, to provide, to deliver, and your list goes on. You want God to be God in your life and to respond. But the problem is, you go to bed worrying and you wake up worrying. Maybe you haven’t slept for a full night in years because you are thinking constantly about whether God is going to answer your prayers and when. But I say to you the same word God spoke to me early that morning, You have need of patience, that, after you have done the will of God, you might receive the promise! Trust that God is who He say He is and He will do what He said He will do. Even if it takes many years, He will do what He’s promised you. Don’t let go of your faith just because you don’t see anything yet. God has heard you and in His perfect timing He will come through for you. You just have to be patient while He works. No one rushes a surgeon to perform heart surgery. No one yells through the door for a brain surgeon to hurry up in working on their relative’s brain. No, we want doctors to take their time because we want it done right. God will help you to be patient. He is setting you up to see His goodness like you’ve never seen before. When He’s done, it’s going to be just right.

Prayer: Father God, thank you Lord for speaking directly to my heart and to my situation. Please forgive me for worrying and stressing out. I need help trusting in you and waiting patiently for you. Help me understand even more how much you love me and care about me. Help me to believe when I don’t see anything with my natural eyes. I’ve done all I know to do. Now, I pray that you help me to rest in you. In Jesus’ name, Amen. (Read Hebrews 6:13-15; Ephesians 6:13)

Jesus Our Example

It is time, us Christians step up our game and there is no better coach, teammate, and every thing in in between to lead us to victory than the man who gave it all, Jesus Christ.

Let us get our attitudes along with our lives in line and get it done.

God Bless.

Jesus Our Example

I must be about my Father's business
- Luke 2:49

Jesus lived in perpetual awareness that his Father had a purpose for his being here, and that he must therefore be constantly about his Father's business.

What is the driving motivation of your life? Whose "business" are you usually and primarily concerned with? Are you mostly working toward your own ends and purposes, toward the pleasure and admiration of your colleagues, toward the fulfillment of your friends' expectations? Jesus determined that his Father's business was his one driving, overruling interest.

You may excuse yourself as being too young or too new to the faith to make such an all-encompassing, single-minded resolution. But do you know how old Jesus was when he uttered these words? He was twelve years old!

It is never too soon to give your life to the service of the Lord, to dedicate your time and energy and labors to his glory and pleasure. Can you hear the urgency in Jesus' words, at the age of twelve, to accomplish this purpose in his own life?

You, also, are here for the glory of God. Like Jesus, you must determine to pursue your Father's purpose for you now, no matter what family members or coworkers or classmates might say or think. Sadly, Jesus is here having to remind his own parents, in a gentle and respectful way, of the God-centered nature of his calling and life.

Believer, you must be about your Father's business! Do not let any personal ambition or conflicting counsel get in the way of that great purpose.

If You Have Faith

This little devotional is so encouraging and in this day and age who doesn't need a little bit of something.
I'm not sure when we will get it but I have hope that once the church realizes prayer and the Holy Spirit is where it is at, then nothing will stop us.
God Bless.

"If you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there,' and it will move." - Matthew 17:20, NKJV
Are you discouraged because you have not received “anything from the Lord” as it relates to your prayer life? When Jesus’ disciples were discouraged by their inability to get answers to prayer and so were ineffective in helping others, He encouraged them by pointing out that even faith the size of a mustard seed could move mountains. The key to faith that works is the foundation on which it is placed. Base your faith in prayer on God’s Word. Ask Him to give you a promise that applies specifically to your situation. Then claim it persistently in prayer until God keeps His Word.

A Fervent Love

This little devotional is gives a good insight into what Love really means.
With all that being said about Love, I will just end this by saying we need to be doers on the subject of love. People need it more than anything nowadays.
God Bless.

A Fervent Love
The word “deeply” is an athletic word. In its verb form, it means to stretch and reach out, to strain and exert to the utmost degree just like an athlete in a race. It has the idea of burning and boiling and being passionate about loving your brother or sister in Christ. A fervent love is far more than the human love of warm feelings and attraction. It is far more than sentimental and caring feelings for a person. We are to love others with the ultimate love, the love of fervency. And note: fervent love is to be put before all else. It is the most important duty of the believer. We are to strain every ounce of energy in our minds and hearts to love. This means that we love others even when they... · hurt us · persecute us · oppose us · ridicule us · abuse us · speak evil against us · injure us · mock us. A most wonderful thing happens when we love each other with a fervent love: a multitude of sins is covered. What exactly does this mean? It means that when we love, we are not hating, reacting, or sinning. When we love, we are living with a forgiving spirit, which means we are forgiving others. So, when we love fervently, we are more likely to reach those who do evil toward us and, thereby, win them to Christ and to a life of love and ministry.

Study Questions: 1. How would you define fervent love? 2. Is it difficult for you to love fervently? Why do you think that is? 3. What are examples of ways you can love somebody deeply? Fervently? 4. Think of somebody who is hard for you to love. Over the next couple weeks, or even months, intentionally seek that person out, however you see fit. Pray that you would love that person deeply and fervently, as Christ has called us to do.

Seek His Will In All You Do

The real is some good advice and wisdom  in this little devotional.
May we learn to lean on God before the storms arise and shake our faith.

I Hope I Continue

Kindness: is what makes the world go around.
Go spread some today.
God Bless.
"I hope I continue to please you, sir," she replied. "You have comforted me by speaking so kindly to me, even though I am not one of your workers." (NLT) -Ruth 2:13 Have you been touched by someone who speaks kindly to you, even if you didn't deserve it? We are truly impacted by kindness when we need comforting the most. We can make an impression on others when we are thoughtful to those we don't know or, even more challenging, to those who aren't on our favorites list. Remember to let your good qualities shine consistently in all areas of your life. It's amazing what comes back to you.

Enough Already

Unity. The answer to all problems the world faces today. When we are one, things get done, and when things get done, the world is better for it.

Isn't it time, we say enough already to division and begin a new battle cry that calls for unity in every area of our daily lives and in those lives we hold so dear.

Let's catch the wave and God Bless.

Enough Already!

Called to Unity. The world doesn’t need a miracle from above to end hate, oppression, injustice, and inequality. It doesn’t need an act of God to end the suffering we see happening. The world needs us, followers of Jesus, to say “Enough already!” and to work together to be God’s hands and feet. I myself will gather the few remaining sheep from all the countries where I have driven them. I will bring them back to their pasture, and they will be fruitful and multiply. I will place over them shepherds who care for them. Then they will no longer be afraid or dread harm, nor will any be missing, declares the Lord. Jeremiah 23:3-4 The world is suffering; therefore, we have work to do. Why us? Because we are the hands and feet of Christ to all people. To all people! To all people, regardless of race, religion, creed, country of origin, socio-economic background, legal status, gender, or sexual orientation. We can be the shepherds God speaks about in Jeremiah who will lead others from the darkness of despair into the light of hope. We are the leaders who defend the cause of the poor and relieve the pain of the suffering. We are the barrier-breakers who proclaim grace has no borders, love has no boundaries, and justice has no walls.
Why us? Because God feeds the hungry with our hands, runs to the hurting with our feet, defends the helpless with our bodies, and speaks truth to power with our voices. We are the continuing movement Jesus started. Therefore, let’s get to work. Ed Stallworth Lord, inspire me to do the work that ushers in the Kingdom of God – on earth as it is in heaven.

Amen. You are the answer to the prayers of the hungry, lonely, bullied, oppressed, and hurting. What will you do today – not tomorrow or someday – to be the hands and feet of God in your world?

God's Command To Rest

Going to leave this right here. If your tired, rest. If your worried, rest. If there are things bothering you, then rest in the knowledge of the work of Jesus Christ.

God Bless.

God’s Command to Rest

Let us fear lest we fail to rest in Christ.

In Deuteronomy 28, we find a list of all the blessings and curses. The blessings begin with these words: “If you diligently obey [hearken to] the voice of the LORD your God,...all these blessings shall come upon you” (verses 1– 2). The curses begin with these words: “If you do not obey the voice of the LORD your God,...all these curses will come upon you” (verse 15). They hinge on heeding or ignoring the voice of the Lord.

Obedience in worship is the appointed way to come into that attitude and relationship in which we really hear God’s voice. Or, to state it another way, we do not hear God’s voice unless we possess an attitude of worship. Then, in hearing God’s voice, we enter into His rest. Thus, worship is the way to rest. Only those who really know how to worship can really enjoy rest.

There remains, then, a Sabbath-rest for the people of God; for anyone who enters God’s rest also rests from his own work, just as God did from his. Let us, therefore, make every effort to enter that rest, so that no one will fall by following their example of disobedience.(Hebrews 4:9–11 NIV)

Scripture brings out the fact that because of disobedience, the people of God failed to enter into rest. I am not insisting we observe the Sabbath or make Sunday the Sabbath. I am just pointing out that we can miss the fact that God has commanded us to rest.

I have come to believe that if I am busy seven days a week, every week, I am not pleasing God. Moreover, I am sure to endanger my health with this degree of busyness. God is doing something in my heart about Sabbath rest. I believe He can do something in your heart, too, that will cause you naturally to keep His divine, eternal, unchanging laws.

Can All Your Worries

This little devotional is soooooo true and I am going to leave it right here.

God Bless.

Can all your worries add a single moment to your life? (NLT) -Matthew 6:27
You know the feeling you get when you start to worry? Anxiety rises up inside and the situation consumes your thoughts. We try to deal with it ourselves, but this behavior is not glorifying to God. Worry and stress reveal your doubt in God’s will. As the creator of the universe, He has a greater plan at work. The next time you find tension rising up inside of you, stop yourself. Say a prayer that you are turning it over to God and putting your faith in Him. Stop worrying.

Believe In Your Value

This little devotional is soooooo good.
I can't help but think if we saw what God sees in us then maybe then the world would be in a better place and maybe we could live as one.
God Bless.

Believe in Your Value

Take a minute and look into your heart. How do you feel about yourself? If your answer does not agree with God's Word, I encourage you to begin today renewing your mind about yourself. See yourself as God sees you. Study God's Word and you will find out that you are precious, created in your mother's womb by God's own hand. You are not an accident. Even if your parents told you they never really wanted you, I can assure you that God wanted you. You are valuable, you have worth, you are gifted, you are talented, and you have a purpose on this earth. Not only must we ask God for things He has promised us but we must receive them (see John 16:24). If you feel unworthy, you probably won't ask, and even if you do, you won't receive by faith. Don't let feelings rule you anymore. Take a step of faith and start improving your quality of life today. Believe that you make good decisions, that you are a valuable person with a great future, and something good is going to happen to you today! Pray: Lord, I ask You to imprint Your love into the depths of my heart. I believe You have a great future for me and that I can walk in Your purpose for my life. Amen.

A Good Kind Of Burden

Everyone has burdens and what we do with those burdens is a tell-tale in who and what we believe in.

But rest assured, Joyce gives it to us straight on burdens. Be blessed in the knowledge burdens can be made into something good in guy your life.

A Good Kind of Burden

by Joyce Meyer

Graciously consider the prayer and supplication of Your servant, O Lord my God, to hearken to the [loud] cry and prayer which he prays before You today.
—1 Kings 8:28

Sometimes, as you are praying for others, you will get what some call a prayer burden, or an intercessory burden. A burden is something that comes to your heart and feels weighty and important; it is something God is asking you to carry in prayer; it is something you cannot shake. Sometimes God may speak to you and explain the burden to you. At other times you do not even know what the burden is or you do not fully understand it; you only know that you have to pray.
Some people are called to pray a lot for certain things. My husband prays a lot for America. I know people who pray for Israel all the time. One woman told me she prayed for veterans returning from war. I believe God has every need in the world covered. We don’t all need to pray for the same thing because, if we did, all the needs would not be taken care of. Pay attention to what God is placing on your heart and pray for that.
One of the ways God speaks to us is through giving us burdens for others. He does this often without words, but by a sense of weightiness and concern for people in our hearts. When this happens, He is asking us to pray for them. Pay attention to the burdens He gives you and be faithful to pray when He is asking you to do so.
God's word for you today: As you pray for others, remember that God also has someone praying for you.

Prayer At All Times

If there ever was a time to pray without ceasing, it is now. God help us and be blessed by this little devotional and may we begin a much needed prayer revolution.

Pray at All Times

by Joyce Meyer

Pray at all times (on every occasion, in every season) in the Spirit, with all [manner of] prayer and entreaty. To that end keep alert and watch with strong purpose and perseverance, interceding in behalf of all the saints (God's consecrated people).
—Ephesians 6:18

In Ephesians 6:10-17, the apostle Paul talks about the armor of God and how we are to use it and the weapon of the Word to engage in spiritual warfare. After each piece has been listed, in verse eighteen Paul sums up his message by saying, Pray at all times. How often are we to pray? At all times.
What does that mean? Does it mean that when we are out doing the grocery shopping and God puts it on our heart to pray we are to drop to our knees right there in the middle of the supermarket aisle? I often kneel by my bed and pray. There are other times when I feel led by God to lie down, face to the floor, before Him and pray. We have to be careful not to confuse physical posture with prayer. We can also pray silently in the supermarket as we are walking down the aisles.
In the different seasons of life we are able to pray in different ways. A young mother with three or four little children, for example, is going to have to structure her prayer life differently from that of a grandmother whose family is all grown up and out of the house.
If we become too "religious" about prayer, thinking we must do it one way or the other because that is how someone else does it, we will bring condemnation on ourselves. The important thing about prayer is not the posture or the time or place but learning to pray in faith—at all times, unceasingly. Anytime the desire or need arises—pray!

Our Good Is God's Glory

This little devotional may be a little long and deep in content but it still needs to be shared and the subject matter to be looked at and discussed.
It's time to do it God's way and not our way so God can do a quick work and get us the heck out of here!
God Bless.

“But when you pray, go into your room and shut the door and pray to your Father who is in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you.” (Matthew 6:6)
One common objection to Christian Hedonism is that it puts the interests of man above the glory of God — that it puts my happiness above God’s honor. But Christian Hedonism most emphatically does not do this. To be sure, we Christian Hedonists endeavor to pursue our interest and our happiness with all our might. We endorse the resolution of the young Jonathan Edwards: “Resolved: To endeavor to obtain for myself as much happiness in the other world as I possibly can, with all the power, might, vigor, and vehemence, yea violence, I am capable of, or can bring myself to exert, in any way that can be thought of.” But we have learned from the Bible (and from Edwards!) that God’s interest is to magnify the fullness of his glory by spilling over in mercy to us. Therefore, the pursuit of our interest and our happiness is never above God’s, but always in God’s. The most precious truth in the Bible is that God’s greatest interest is to glorify the wealth of his grace by making sinners happy in him — in him! When we humble ourselves like little children and put on no airs of self-sufficiency, but run happily into the joy of our Father’s embrace, the glory of his grace is magnified and the longing of our soul is satisfied. Our interest and his glory are one. Therefore, Christian Hedonists do not put their happiness above God’s glory when they pursue happiness in him.

Marked For Life

This little devotional gives an insight in just how much God loves His creation and how He shows His love.
If you need a reminder, then this little devotional is for you. Be inspired by God's love and a willing vessel to share it to others.
God Bless.

Marked for Life In ancient times, a man in love would wear an armband scripted with his lover’s name to proclaim his love and also as a pendant that rested near his heart: ‘like a seal upon his heart and arm’. As I was reading this verse many years ago, God showed me that I am that seal upon His arm, and His heart. He chooses to proclaim His love for me like a proud lover! At that time, I was working overseas, living away from family and friends. I had not only moved away physically, but I had also moved away from God. I felt like I was too far gone. It was like I didn’t belong. That’s when God showed me that He’s marked me with a seal. I am His forever.

This revelation changed my life and my relationship with God. The thing about love is that it works both ways. His love drew me back into His arms, and I made a decision to place Him like a seal upon my heart and my arm. No matter where I go or what I do, I know one thing: I belong to Him and He belongs to me. I am marked for life! No matter how far you’ve drifted or how badly you’ve messed up, know that His love can reach you anywhere. It is stronger than your sin, your failure and your pain. When you receive Jesus into your heart, there is no more condemnation for you (Romans 8:1).

Declaration I am marked for life by the One who gave His life for me. I belong to Jesus and He belongs to me.

Created Equal

If you ever need clarification on where God stand's on equality, then this little devotional is for you.
Now a day's ther is a whole lot of definitions of what it means to be equal but the only one we need to be focused on is what God has to say about it and it just might surprise people.
Maybe it's time we take the focus off the sin and start focusing on the people and then step back and watch what God will do.
God Bless.

Created Equal
"There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free man, there is neither male nor female: for you are all one in Christ Jesus." (Galatians 3:28)
Devotional
This verse does not mean that gender has no value to God or that there is no difference in the ministries of male and female. Rather, it means that there is no difference in the spiritual value or capacity of either. Regardless of our nationality, background, economic status, or gender, Jesus equally saves us, equally offers fellowship, knowledge, and virtue to everyone. Although women were created as helpmates they are not inferior. Their virtue, knowledge, salvation, and fellowship with God are equal to that of their male counterparts. God intended women to be appreciated the way He created them.

The Greatest Blessing

There is so much truth in this little devotional.
Not only that but it is time to be a history maker and start showing the world who we are and what we stand for.
God Bless.

The Greatest Blessing
The quickest way to be blessed is to decide to be a blessing to others. When you choose to have a generous heart that reaches out to meet the needs of those around you, God pours His provision into your life. A person who is a river of blessing never runs dry. Something deep in the heart of every believer wants to help others. However, selfishness can make us so aggressive about our own desires that we become oblivious to the needs around us. People are hurting everywhere. Some are poor; others are sick or lonely. Still others are emotionally wounded or have spiritual needs. A simple act of kindness to a hurting person can make that individual feel loved and valuable. People can get caught in the trap of striving to have more and more. The struggle often produces little or no results. With God’s help, we can strive to excel in giving to others. If we do so, we will find that God makes sure we have enough to meet our own needs plus plenty to give away. There is no greater blessing than giving to others in need.

Not only is this a quote for today but also in the day's to come.
We need to get out of being in fear and start living in faith and hope so we can become the church this world so desperately needs.
God Bless.

Make War On Unbelief

There is so much in this world to be nervous and scared about but the word of God has a lot to say on how to deal with anxiety and if we want to be history makers, then we need to show the world when the going get's rough and tough we know who to run to for comfort and shelter.
Stand strong my friends and may God Bless you all.
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. (Philippians 4:6)
When I am anxious about getting old, I battle unbelief with the promise, “Even to your old age I am he, and to gray hairs I will carry you. I have made, and I will bear; I will carry and will save” (Isaiah 46:4). When I am anxious about dying, I battle unbelief with the promise that “none of us lives to himself, and none of us dies to himself. For if we live, we live to the Lord, and if we die, we die to the Lord. So then, whether we live or whether we die, we are the Lord’s. For to this end Christ died and lived again, that he might be Lord both of the dead and of the living” (Romans 14:7–9).
When I am anxious that I may make shipwreck of faith and fall away from God, I battle unbelief with the promises, “He who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ” (Philippians 1:6); and, “He is able to save to the uttermost those who draw near to God through him, since he always lives to make intercession for them” (Hebrews 7:25). Let us make war, not with other people, but with our own unbelief. It is the root of anxiety, which, in turn, is the root of so many other sins. So, let us turn on our windshield wipers and use the washer fluid, and keep our eyes fixed on the precious and very great promises of God. Take up the Bible, ask the Holy Spirit for help, lay the promises up in your heart, and fight the good fight — to live by faith in future grace.
