I don’t know who taught us that no weapon formed against you will prosper means nothing bad will ever happen to you. Just because God allows a difficult situation doesn’t mean a weapon prospered. 

Just because you experienced a divorce doesn’t mean a weapon prospered. Just because you experienced a loss doesn’t mean a weapon prospered. Just because you got laid off from work doesn’t mean a weapon prospered. 

The fact that you still have faith in God, you still have a covenant relationship with your Abba Father, you still have His indwelling presence abiding within you, and a living hope and trust in Him despite everything you’ve gone through means, no weapon formed against you prospered!
