Controlling our tongue is one of the hardest things to do! We have the power to speak life or create death around us through our words. When we feel hurt, pain, anger, and unrest well up in our bodies it’s important that we pause to give space for us to process these feelings before letting words come out of our mouths. Learn to calm your body, mind, and you can better control your tongue.
